TG GREEN UPDATE

The business of TG GREEN has now been sold to a London based company, but unfortunately production is moving overseas.  We do still have original UK-produced Cornishware in stock, including some items not shown on the website so if there is anything particular you are looking for please call us on 0131 220 5472 or email us at shop@chandlersonline.com We have a list of stock currently available, including some SPECIAL EDITIONS not shown on the website, so please call us for an update. We sadly are literally now down to the last remaining items, so if there is some CornishBlue you are searching for, please do not delay - call us today........

 

Sadly, SPODE have also moved their production overseas to the Far East, so yet another piece of British ceramic history is lost. We do still have some UK-produced BLUE ITALIAN and MARLBOROUGH SPRAYS in stock.  A few pieces are featured on the website but we do have slightly more variety available, so please call us on 0131 220 5472 for an update on stock availability. available - if you would like to receive this please email or call us.

CHANDLERS retains your details purely for the purpose of forwarding you our Catalogue, and any 'Special Offers', which may apply. We do not release, or pass on, any customer details to any other Companies and Organisations at any time, other than companies delivering orders to you.

Ordering

By Phone

The easiest and quickest way to order is by phone on our 0131 220 5472 Orderline, between 9am and 5pm - Monday to Friday.

A message service operates outside these hours ( and during these hours when lines are busy). If you wish to place an order, but reach the message service, please leave only your name and contact number where we can return your call, and we'll be happy to call you back.

By Post

If you prefer to order by post, you can do so by completing the following order form, and posting it along with your payment to FREEPOST CHANDLERS. This is the only address information you require for the envelope (honestly!), and you don’t need a stamp. You can pay by cheque, postal order, credit card or Switch but please DO NOT send cash by post. If you are paying by cheque, please allow 6 days for this to clear.

Delivery

We aim to despatch all items in stock within 7 days, but please allow up to 28days for delivery. The charge for Standard Delivery to the UK Mainland addresses is £4.75, and a Courier Delivery is available for £9.75. Standard Delivery can take up to 5-6 days, whilst Courier Delivery is within 2 working days of despatch.
* Any damages or omissions MUST be notified within 5 days of receipt. No claims can be considered thereafter.

Overseas

The above delivery charges relate to UK mainland addresses. Delivery to Eire, The Channel Islands and any offshore Islands is available with very reasonable rates- please call for details. Deliveries to Europe and other areas can also be arranged and information is available on request.

Bed Linen Sizing

Dimensions of the bed linen are as follows:
Pillowcase: 50cm x 75cm
Duvets: Single 140 x 200cm, Double 200 x 200cm, King size 240 x 220cm, Superking 260 x 240cm
Flatsheets: Single 180 x 300cm, Double 240 x 300cm, King size 270 x 300cm

Colour Reproduction & Variations

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure faithful colour representation, some variation can occur during printing. Many of the products featured are handmade and therefore will be slight variations in size and colour. This is to be expected as part of the product’s individuality and cannot be considered a defect.

Of course we hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, you can return any item within 7 days for an exchange or refund. Please note that postage is non-refundable. If you have any query regarding this, please call us and we will be happy to help. Custom items and Special Order items cannot be returned.
